Workflow Mapping

Through visual workflow maps, we redesign your processes to ensure we can build out solid systems and integrate your tech stack in the best way. This helps you to understand your workflows and to automate more areas of your business.

Systems Implementation

We implement your back office tech systems (i.e. ClickUp and Dubsado). This includes creation of any required templates and assets to have efficient workflows.

Process Documentation

As part of your package, we work on documenting the SOPs needed in the business to provide your team with the best practices and standardise how you work in the business.

We also create processes to support your team hiring and onboarding as well as team training and set up systems to manage your team capacity and reporting.

Team Trainings

Training workshops can be scheduled for your team to participate in to help them boost their understanding of using ClickUp in your business.
