Streamline & automate your client experience

A solution to deliver a professional client experience for a core service

(i.e. 1:1 consulting, group program or retainer).

This setup includes:

- Implementation of the main templates such as emails, schedulers and packages

- Design and setup of main client facing forms (i.e. proposal, contracts, lead capture)

- Project dashboard optimisation

- Building out the custom workflows to support the processes.

The key processes we focus on:

- Lead capture / enquiry process

- Client onboarding from proposal to project kick off

- Client offboarding from project wrap up to close

Alongside this, we white label* your setup with branded forms, client portal and setup your client project dashboard.

*professional branding (i.e. headshots, brand board, logos and brand colours) is required in order for us to white label your setup

⚡️Pre-Assessment

An initial assessment will help us to understand your current process, what’s working and what’s not working and understand your goals for your business.

⚡️Process Design Workshop

This is a 2 hour workshop to kick off your VIP week

We will use this session to review your current process and redesign your process to operate effectively within either Dubsado or ClickUp. This is where we will also confirm the assets to be created such as forms, emails etc.

⚡️System Setup

You will be invited into our communication portal to be on hand for any communication as we work on your setup after the process design workshop. Behind the scenes we’ll be busy setting up your system, implementing the templates and workflows to support the process designed.

⚡️System Walkthrough

After your setup is complete, we close your VIP week with a system walkthrough via zoom where we will walk you through your process and answer your questions around using the platform.

⚡️Support Period

A 2 week support period begins following your system walkthrough call. This includes office hours access in a private communication portal. During this time, we focus on supporting you to test your platform and build confidence in understanding how to use it, answer any questions you have and offer step by step support as you start to take the reigns!

The VIP Week Includes:

✔️ 1:1 Process Design Workshop with custom visual process maps

✔️A DFY system setup in either ClickUp or Dubsado

✔️ 2 weeks system support
