💡DEFINE - Week 1

In this phase, time is spent to capture your requirements and priorities to provide an understanding on where we focus for your project. A pre-work form will be provided for completion prior to the Kick Off call / Process Design workshop.

💡DESIGN - Week 2-3

This is where we get strategic. In the scheduled Process Design Workshops, along with myself, you and your team, we will uncover your current process and through visual process mapping redesign your new process. This will help to unlock operational bottlenecks or duplications of work as well as tasks that can be automated to reduce manual work. 

What’s Involved:

💡DEVELOP - Weeks 4 - 8

In this phase we build your new system based on what has been designed through the Process Design Workshop. Together we stay in communication through a dedicated Slack channel and the project becomes a collaborative effort.

Regular project check-ins and update calls are scheduled to ensure work stays on track. Where required, integration between other apps will be carried out using Zapier or MAKE and workflow testing will take place, also inviting your team to take part and further optimisation can take place where required.

  • A ClickUp Setup starts from £8997 based on our standard project roadmap. In the case where a wider scope of work is required the cost may increase.

  • First and foremost, access to work with me 1:1 on your processes and setting up ClickUp. You have direct access to my expertise and knowledge to help you achieve your goals.

    Collaboration is key in our projects and from the start you are invited to a private Slack channel for project updates and the ability to ask any questions or chat with us as you need.

    Project transparency - we’re not the service providers who shy away from letting you see the ins and outs of your project. You have access to the project board and a dashboard in ClickUp so that you can track exactly what we’re working on and when.

    Lastly, these projects require your time input, to complete pre-work, attend the workshops and trainings and be on hand to answer any questions that we may need to ask you.

  • The biggest benefit is that it saves you time.

    Working with us to implement ClickUp cuts the learning curve down exponentially. You are not having to guess through trial and error and instead can focus on the work that brings you revenue.

    As a client, you benefit from our deep knowledge of ClickUp and other systems, as well as our experience working with similar businesses so we can offer strategic guidance that will bring you closer to your goals.

  • If you find that there are inconsistencies between how you and your team work, you struggle with communication and having oversight on where projects are at, your processes are clunky and there is a lack of automation and organisation, you are definitely ready fo use a system like ClickUp!

  • We recommend that you give yourself at least a month in advance to book your setup to allow time for you to complete pre-work. Future dates can be booked with a small deposit and also allows you more time to prepare!

  • We mainly carry out work with clients virtually however in person options can be made possible for the process design workshops and team trainings.

  • We prefer to stay within our zone of genius which is ClickUp.

  • The main difference is scope of work. This setup service provides more support for larger teams with complex processes, whereas the VIP Day is suited towards Solo CEOs and does not include team training, data migration or documentation.
