The Setup Process

Your setup is completed within a 2 week timeframe.

Week One

We kick off with a 2 hour strategy session where we design your workspace structure and map your processes.

This session provides insights on how your process will run with ClickUp in mind and where we can integrate your tech stack as well as the assets needed including forms, emails and additional templates.

Work starts immediately to build out your workspace.

Week 2

A mid point check in call will take place to share the progress, after which we focus on further optimising your setup with required automations and integrating your external apps using Zapier.

We build out necessary dashboards and enhance your setup with additional elements to support your internal operations.

We test your workflows and ensure your setup is ready for your final walkthrough call.

Support Period

A 2 week support period begins following your final walkthrough call. This includes office hours access in a private Slack channel, and during this time we focus on writing up new SOPs and creating a custom user guide for you and your team to use. You can also book an optional team specific training to take place during this period.

    Collaboration is key in our projects and from the start you are invited to a private Slack channel for project updates and the ability to ask any questions or chat with us as you need.

    Project transparency - we’re not the service providers who shy away from letting you see the ins and outs of your project. You have access to the project board and a dashboard in ClickUp so that you can track exactly what we’re working on and when.

    Lastly, these projects require your time input, to complete pre-work, attend the workshops and trainings and be on hand to answer any questions that we may need to ask you.

  • The biggest benefit is that it saves you time.

    Working with us to implement ClickUp cuts the learning curve down exponentially. You are not having to guess through trial and error and instead can focus on the work that brings you revenue.

  • We recommend that you give yourself at least a month in advance to book your setup to allow time for you to complete pre-work. Future dates can be booked with a small deposit and also allows you more time to prepare!

  • We mainly carry out work with clients virtually however in person options can be made possible for the process design workshops and team trainings.
