How we do it

Our 5D Implementation Framework leads you through the process to successfully adopt ClickUp into your agency and team.

Define your goals

We take time to understand your vision, goals and problem areas within your agency processes and tech stack. This will allow us to identify the areas for improvement going forward.

Design your process

We then design both your processes and your workspace that can incorporate more automation and improve efficiency for you and your team.

Develop the systems

Once we complete the design stage, our team handles the full implementation of your setup, including your spaces, folders and lists, templates, forms and building out your workflows and tech integrations.

Deploy to the business

After developing your system, its time to onboard your team. We do this with team training for, supporting training resources and live platform support to answer questions about your setup.

Document the changes

Once onboarded, we’ll take time to document the new SOPs and guidance as you and your team adapt to a new way of working together inside ClickUp.

About your clickUp Setup

Over the period of 3 months, you will work with a Verified ClickUp Consultant to setup your systems and onboard your team into the platform. For larger scale projects, the timeline may vary.

After deploying your system into the business we’ll ensure that your updated processes are clearly documented as SOPs for your team to refer to and for future training uses.

The Investment

Pay in Full £6,000 GBP or £2,000 per month

  • First and foremost, access to work with me 1:1 on your processes and setting up ClickUp. You have direct access to my expertise and knowledge to help you achieve your goals.

    Collaboration is key in our projects and from the start you are invited to a private Slack channel for project updates and the ability to ask any questions or chat with us as you need.

    Project transparency - we’re not the service providers who shy away from letting you see the ins and outs of your project. You have access to the project board and a dashboard in ClickUp so that you can track exactly what we’re working on and when.

    Lastly, these projects require your time input, to complete pre-work, attend the workshops and trainings and be on hand to answer any questions that we may need to ask you.

  • The biggest benefit is that it saves you time.

    Working with us to implement ClickUp cuts the learning curve down exponentially. You are not having to guess through trial and error and instead can focus on the work that brings you revenue.

    As a client, you benefit from our deep knowledge of ClickUp and other systems, as well as our experience working with similar businesses so we can offer strategic guidance that will bring you closer to your goals.

  • If you find that there are inconsistencies between how you and your team work, you struggle with communication and having oversight on where projects are at, your processes are clunky and there is a lack of automation and organisation, you are definitely ready fo use a system like ClickUp!

  • We recommend that you give yourself at least a month in advance to book your setup to allow time for you to complete pre-work. Future dates can be booked with a small deposit and also allows you more time to prepare!

  • We mainly carry out work with clients virtually however in person options can be made possible for the process design workshops and team trainings.

  • We prefer to stay within our zone of genius which is ClickUp.

  • The main differences are timeframes. This service is much more indepth and supportive of bigger teams, whereas the VIP week is focused around getting you started in ClickUp and does not include team training or any data migration or documentation.
