My story so far…..

In 2014 I launched my first business in the wedding industry and experienced first hand the struggle to operate my business without any support.

Within the first year, I experienced fast growth and due to not having the right processes & systems in place, I ended up being tied to the business 24/7

I had no control over my time and struggled with capacity issues due to the demanding workload  

How I was working needed to change asap

By taking time to define my processes and implement systems that supported those processes, it became much easier to take on new client projects, deliver a high quality client experience and effectively manage my time and energy. 

Since 2020, I have successfully led well over 40+ system implementation projects for clients in the U.K., Europe & USA. 

My expertise expands across a variety of industries from event professionals , executive coaches, full digital marketing agencies and SME teams 

Today at Systems Haus, I am a Verified ClickUp Consultant, working with consulting and agency teams of up to 30 people
