In 2014 I launched my first business in the wedding industry and experienced first hand the struggle to operate my business without support.

Within the first year, I experienced fast growth and due to not having the right processes & systems in place, I experienced the pressure to be ‘switched on’ all the time. 

The truth is, I had no control over my business and I struggled to delegate which led to increased stressed on a daily basis.

By taking time to define my processes and implement systems, it became so much easier to handle increased capacity for new client projects, deliver a high quality client experience and effectively manage my time and energy. 

Since 2020, I have been working with clients to achieve the same results, so that the intense growth they experience can be supported with the right operating structure.
