Meet the founder -
nicola melinda
My career spans over 15 years in Financial Services starting as a Senior Partner EA and transitioning to operations at EY. Working with an OpEx team to manage the operations for an international audit team of 150 people for high profile banking audit accounts. I also have led operational projects within private equity to improve team processes & tech implementation.
As well as my corporate life, I have been a business owner myself since 2014, running an online wedding stationery business for 5 years, so I fully understand and sympathise with the dilemmas many business owners face when they hit a certain level in their business and struggle to grow whilst maintaining a quality client experience. This is a balancing act many find overwhelming and I love helping my clients to overcome this hurdle and push forward to the next level of growth.

I bring a huge wealth of knowledge, past experience and insight to my client’s business and use that to help my clients make decisions to get closer to their vision
Since 2019, I have worked with 40+ businesses working behind the scenes of multiple 6 figure agencies, hybrid business models i.e DFY services and coaching & 7 figure coaching businesses.

On a personal side, I’m U.K. born & raised to West Indian parents, I live for the sun, sea and sand and I love to travel and work on the go! I’m also a cat mama to my fur baby Coco. I like to think of myself as an introverted-extrovert and a creative at heart.
