ClickUp Setup
Bring your people, projects and processes together.
A setup of your new workspace or reconfiguration of your current workspace. The setup focuses on your sales, onboarding and delivery processes that can be managed in ClickUp.
This setup includes:
- Configuration of spaces, folders and lists
- Creation of templates, forms and documents
- Optimisation of key views & filters
- Workflow creation, implementation and testing

⚡️how your VIP Day works⚡️
⚡️Pre-Assessment
An initial assessment will help us to understand your current process, what’s working and what’s not working and understand your goals for your business.
⚡️Process Design Workshop
This is a 2 hour workshop to kick off your VIP Day
We will use this session to review your current process and redesign your process to operate effectively within ClickUp. This is where we will also confirm the assets to be created such as forms, emails etc.
⚡️Clickup Setup
You will be invited into our communication portal to be on hand for any communication as we work on your setup after the process design workshop. Behind the scenes we’ll be busy setting up your system, implementing the templates and workflows to support the process designed.
⚡️System Walkthrough
After your setup is complete, we close your VIP week with a system walkthrough via zoom where we will walk you through your process and answer your questions around using the platform.
⚡️Support Period
A 2 week support period begins following your system walkthrough call. This includes office hours access in a private communication portal. During this time, we focus on supporting you to test your platform and build confidence in understanding how to use it, answer any questions you have and offer step by step support as you start to take the reigns!
The VIP Day Includes:

✔️A DFY system setup in ClickUp
